1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using AskOnce ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. AskOnce provides a unified interface for interacting with multiple artificial intelligence models.
2. Description of Service
AskOnce is a platform that allows users to send prompts to various third-party AI models (such as OpenAI's GPT, Anthropic's Claude, and Google's Gemini) simultaneously. We act as an intermediary, formatting your requests and displaying the responses from these external providers.
3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Important Notice Regarding Output Accuracy:
The content generated through AskOnce is produced by third-party artificial intelligence models, not by AskOnce. AI models can and do hallucinate, make mistakes, produce biased content, or provide inaccurate information. You should not rely on AI-generated output for medical, legal, financial, or other critical professional advice. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of any content generated before using or sharing it.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate content that promotes violence, hate speech, self-harm, or illegal acts.
- Attempt to bypass, exploit, or reverse-engineer the safety filters of the underlying AI models.
- Generate or distribute malware, phishing materials, or spam.
- Incorporate the Service into automated decision-making systems that affect individuals' legal rights or safety.
- Resell, frame, or mirror the Service without explicit written permission.
- Use the Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair our infrastructure.
5. User Accounts and Credits
Access to certain features requires creating an account and obtaining credits. Credits are consumed based on the computational cost of the AI models you select. Credits purchased are non-transferable. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Acceptable Use Policy without a refund.
6. Intellectual Property
AskOnce claims no ownership over the prompts you submit or the specific outputs generated by the models in response to your prompts. You are responsible for ensuring your prompts do not violate third-party intellectual property rights. The AskOnce interface, brand, and proprietary software remain the exclusive property of AskOnce.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AskOnce and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (c) any content obtained from the Service. In no event shall aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid AskOnce in the past 12 months.
8. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
