    You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

    • 7-Day Window: You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or subscription renewal.
    • Fair Use Condition: Refunds are available provided you have not used the service excessively. "Excessive use" is defined as consuming more than 20% of your monthly credit allocation before requesting the refund.
    • Refund requests made after the 7-day window, or where excessive use has occurred, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
